The only regret I have after spending a week in Tokyo is not having another week to spend because there's so much to do and see but that's why it is famous around the world. The city is an eclectic juxtaposition of everything Japanese- old and new, and it's going to take more than one trip to really understand the place to any real extent. The vast array of colors and insatiable energy are a perfect fit for anyone creative and the food and culture could keep you going for years.
I leave Tokyo with a list of things to see that was longer than the list I arrived with which is what I guess you call progress- and a vital city.
